OTA U: TRAINING INVESTIGATIONS

The next three steps are designed to be an INTRODUCTION into the necessary

investigations to launch and operate an OTA Territory. 

 

These investigations address separately:

  1. Competitors

  2. Staff Recruitment

  3. Rules, Regulations, and Requirements

The purpose of these steps is to make sure New Franchisees are aware

of the realities, variables, and market forces surrounding their operations.  The intention

here is to simply “begin” each investigation, not to fully complete the process.  Do not spend more than an hour and a half separately on the “Competitors” and “Staff Recruitment” investigations.  Be sure to build out a few rows for each spreadsheet to demonstrate your grasp of the task. 

 

For the third investigation about “Rules, Regulations, and Requirements” for Running Youth Programs, this

should only be an acknowledgment and will just be a matter of 10 or so minutes to complete. 

These investigations will be a part of your Territory Launch Process and items that you will circle back to after

completing OTA U and moving on to further stages of the Franchisee Training Process.
