Overtime Athletics (OTA) is excited to announce that Derrick Atchley has joined our family as the new owner of an OTA franchise in Santa Rosa County, FL!


Originally from East Tennessee, Derrick moved to Santa Rosa County in May 2023 for an exciting new start by the beach. A devout Christian, Derrick seeks to honor Jesus in all aspects of his life. He brings a wealth of experience working with youth of all ages in various settings, including coaching little league sports, involvement in foster care, youth ministry at his church, and raising five children with his wife, Tashina.


Derrick is thrilled to bring his passion and experience to OTA, partnering with us to positively impact the lives of youth through sports. He firmly believes in nurturing the potential of our future generations.


We are very thankful and super pumped to have Derrick as part of the OTA family and look forward to the positive influence he will bring to our community!

We are thrilled to introduce Patrick McKay as the new Franchise Owner of Wake County, NC! With his dedication and vision, Patrick is set to bring exceptional service and innovation to our community.


About Patrick

Originally from New Jersey, Patrick relocated to Wake County, NC, in 2016. He has a strong background in coaching youth sports, including youth football for ages 10-13 and boys basketball for ages 11-12. He will also be an assistant coach for the local high school football team.


Patrick served in the United States Marine Corps, stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC. He is a Certified Project Management Professional and recently completed his Bachelor of Science in Business from East Carolina University.

About Sujoy Kanjilal

Sujoy Kanjilal is a seasoned professional with an impressive career spanning multiple multinational companies such as Western Union, Ria Money Transfer, ICICI Bank, and IndusInd Bank, across various regions including India, Singapore, the Middle East, and Canada. Sujoy's involvement in sports began in his teenage years when he played cricket at semi-professional levels in India. As the school captain during his senior school days, he not only led his team in various sports but also organized and participated in numerous cultural activities. His sports repertoire includes soccer, baseball, badminton, squash, golf, table tennis, field hockey, tennis, and many more. A gym enthusiast, Sujoy dedicates three hours every day to his fitness regimen, ensuring he remains in top physical condition.

About Gurjeet Sandhu

From a young age, Gurjeet Sandhu has shown an extraordinary passion for sports and physical activities. At just seven years old, he would often be found playing cricket outdoors in extreme summer temperatures of 42-48 degrees Celsius. His love for cricket continued to flourish, and by the time he was under 14, he was opening for his school cricket team, showcasing his dedication and skill. In addition to cricket, Gurjeet excelled in badminton, balancing both sports proficiently. His commitment to an active lifestyle remains unwavering; today, he plays squash and golf weekly and regularly attends Orange Theory gym classes four times a week. Gurjeet's dedication to fitness is a testament to his lifelong belief in the importance of staying active.


Together, Sujoy and Gurjeet bring their extensive experience, passion, and dedication to the Overtime Athletics franchise, aiming to inspire and engage the community in a wide range of sports and fitness activities. We look forward to seeing the positive impact they will undoubtedly make in promoting physical fitness and healthy living.
