We are thrilled to introduce Scott Youngson to the OTA Family. A native of Southern California, Scott resides in Calabasas with his wife, Hyonelle, and their son and daughter. After an impressive 25-year career in the entertainment industry, Scott is now venturing into entrepreneurship, focusing on his love for sports and helping children access diverse athletic opportunities.

Scott is deeply committed to making a positive impact on youth athletics, evident through his coaching experience in various sports, such as basketball, baseball, soccer, and flag football. An enthusiastic sports fan, Scott also contributes as a freelance writer for multiple sports websites. His rich background and passion bring a great deal of experience and energy to our team! Scott and Hyonelle are dedicated to giving back to the community through mentorship, teamwork, and investing in the future. 

Scott graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and holds an MBA from Arizona State University. His wife, Hyonelle, will be his supportive advisor. She shares his dedication to youth development and is actively involved in the life sciences industry, advocating for leadership development. Hyonelle holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Purdue University and is a champion for the Southern California community.

Welcome OTA Delaware County PA

3.24.24 - Reston VA

We are excited to welcome Victor Lawrence to the OTA Franchise Family. Victor is currently employed with Performance Food Group, and now he's the proud owner of OTA Delaware County.

Raised in New Jersey, Victor's childhood was defined by his active participation in various sports, which instilled in him a sense of discipline and focus on academics. After attending Oakcrest High School, he pursued a degree in Sports Management at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.

Recognizing a lack of after-school and summer sports programs in Delaware County, Victor launched NSL Youth Athletics. Through this venture, he aims to combine his passion for sports with entrepreneurial spirit, bringing top-tier youth programs to the area.

For the past five years, Victor has called Delaware County home, where he resides with his wife, Dr. Tameka Sisco, and their son, Nathaniel Lawrence. He started OTAU and will be setting up some programs very soon
